These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Tribute Times website (tributetimes.co.nz) and the purchase of any personalised keepsake newspaper product ("Keepsake") from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Each Keepsake is generated specifically for you based on the recipient details, date, and personal message you provide. Historical facts, news items, and statistics shown are sourced and generated to be accurate and true to the era where possible, but are provided for entertainment and keepsake purposes and should not be relied upon as a definitive historical record.
Orders are placed and paid for through our website using Stripe (card payment) or, for customers in the Philippines, GCash (manually verified). Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout at the time of your order. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.
You are responsible for checking that the recipient name, date, and any personal message you enter are correct before completing your purchase. Because each Keepsake is personalised specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds for errors in the details you provided.
Digital Keepsakes are made available for download shortly after payment is confirmed. Printed and framed Keepsakes are produced and posted to the delivery address you provide; delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to circumstances outside our control (including postal delays).
Because Keepsakes are personalised and produced specifically for you, we are unable to offer a refund once a digital Keepsake has been delivered or a printed Keepsake has entered production, except where the product is faulty, significantly not as described, or as otherwise required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). If something has gone wrong with your order, please contact us at hello@tributetimes.co.nz and we will work with you to resolve it.
Promotional and discount codes are single-use unless otherwise stated, may have an expiry date, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to cancel or withhold a discount code that we reasonably believe has been obtained fraudulently or used outside its intended terms.
Radio stations, florists, and gift retailers may access The Tribute Times through a separate partner portal under their own account terms, communicated separately when that account is set up.
The Tribute Times name, branding, and website design are owned by us. The specific Keepsake generated for your order is yours to keep, print, and share personally.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Tribute Times is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or a Keepsake product. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
